The podcast asks why. This retreat lets you live the answer.

Why Italians Live Well started as a conversation about the habits, culture, and pace behind Italian wellbeing — the long lunches, the evening passeggiata, the way rest is treated as productive, not lazy. The more we talked with guests about it, the more it became clear: this isn't a curiosity, it's a practical alternative to how most of us are running our health into the ground.

Avanti Immersion is where that conversation turns into a week you actually get to live — guided by someone who has spent her career inside the healthcare system, and knows exactly what it's protecting you from.

"Service is the thing you do. Hospitality is how you make someone feel while you're doing it. Italy has known this for centuries — healthcare is only starting to catch up."

Claudia Cometa, PharmD

Claudia has spent over a decade inside the healthcare system and, since 2017, has worked as a concierge health consultant helping people navigate it without losing themselves in the process. Along the way, she studied hospitality from leaders in fine dining and luxury hotels — and built Avanti around a simple belief: how you're made to feel while receiving care matters as much as the care itself. Avanti Immersion is that philosophy, taken to Italy.
